Chief Operations Officer

Charles Kasujja is a results-driven leader with a diverse background spanning from operations management, youth empowerment, real estate development, events planning, to health promotion. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Makerere University and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Melmo Service Solutions Ltd.

Prior to this role, Mr. Kasujja made significant contributions as a Branch Manager at the Buganda Land Board, where he led strategic planning and enhanced operational efficiency in land management services.

Driven by a passion for community empowerment and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Kasujja is known for his integrity, innovative approach, and impactful leadership. His core strengths include team leadership, business development, and client relationship management—skills that have consistently led to sustainable growth and meaningful change across the organizations he has served.

Charles is also a devoted family man who values balance and purpose in both his personal and professional life.

Ms. Moureen Nantume

Finance & Administrative Officer

Maureen Nantume is a dynamic and detail-oriented finance and administration professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kampala International University. With over four years of hands-on experience in financial management and administrative support, she brings a results-driven approach to every task.

At Melmo, where she joined in 2025, Maureen plays a key role in overseeing financial operations and administrative systems that support the company’s mission of delivering transformative economic and management solutions. Her expertise includes QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and stock management.

Recognized for her adaptability, fast learning, and problem-solving abilities, Maureen thrives in fast-paced environments and excels with minimal supervision. She is fluent in both English and Luganda, and communicates effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Mr. Eddy Sekubulwa

Head of Strategy & Partnerships

Sekubulwa Eddy is an accomplished researcher and strategist with dual Master’s degrees—one in Research and Public Policy from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi, and another in Business Administration from Amity University, India. He brings to the table a rare combination of analytical research expertise and strategic business insight.

Over the years, Eddy has built a solid reputation for delivering in-depth research and analysis that informs evidence-based decision-making. His work is marked by a keen understanding of policy, data, and impact-driven strategy.

In 2025, he joined Melmo as the Head of Strategy & Partnerships, where he leads efforts to shape the organization's long-term direction and build meaningful collaborations. Prior to this, he served as a Research Officer in the Kingdom of Buganda, a role that enabled him to engage deeply with a range of policy issues and contribute to the formulation of strategic initiatives aimed at advancing the Kingdom’s development agenda.

Dr. Nakato Angela Nakiganda

Health Specialist & Medical Researcher

Dr. Nakato Angella Nakiganda is a dedicated and passionate medical doctor with a strong background in public health, clinical care, and medical research. She brings hands-on experience from both hospital and community settings, with a particular focus on preventive and promotive health.

Motivated by a mission to improve healthcare access through evidence-based innovations, Dr. Nakiganda has led and participated in numerous research and training initiatives in the areas of cancer awareness, reproductive health, and non-communicable diseases.

In 2025, she joined Melmo as a Health Specialist and Medical Researcher, where she continues to contribute her expertise toward transformative health solutions.

Dr. Raymond Tweheyo

Team Lead, Public Health Consulting

Dr. Raymond Tweheyo is a seasoned public health physician, researcher, and academic with over 20 years of experience across clinical medicine, field epidemiology, implementation science, health policy, and systems research. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Manchester (UK), a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Makerere University, and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tweheyo has provided strategic leadership in health systems research, offered advisory support to ministries and development partners, and mentored numerous graduate students in public health and related disciplines. His work has consistently bridged evidence and policy, with a focus on strengthening health systems and improving health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.

In 2025, he joined Melmo as the Team Lead for Public Health Consulting, where he oversees multidisciplinary projects that inform public health programming and policy.

Dr. Raymond is also a devoted family man and proud father.
